25 Handstand Pushup Challenge

Completed 20 Handstand Pushups today on the road to my 25 Handstand pushup challenge. Getting close!

      And I would not want to see that happen 🙂 but it had happened to me many times, I wish I have recorded the videos from when I first started to attempt these haha. Trial and error. Thanks for reading and watching!

  7. Great work L-Jay! Have you watched any videos on kipping HSPU? You let your hips help drive you up … head is all the way on the ground. I can try to videotape myself doing a few… may be good comedy as well!   9. New ( old) kid on the block here. Found your challenge through muddy j.com…congrats to Muddy on the 26 handstand push-ups. I started slow – got to 6 – now I’m up to 17. Forehead to floor. I’ll be there! 30 by July 31st! ( ahh, I hope)

  11. You are amazing. I couldn’t imagine having the upper body strength to do that. I hope no one challenges me to even attempt doing this. I’ll end up in the hospital.

    Handstand pushups are my favorite addition to a shoulder workout. It requires strength and balance and in turn adds great shape to the deltoids. Love your challenge! Keep us updated!

    I did a few of these a while back when I saw another woman do some…and then I forgot about them.myouve reinspired me. I’m going to try again. I put a pillow under me just in case…lol
