Today I did 10 Handstand pushups! Remember my past post when I only did 1 haha. My goal is 25 by the end of July.

You can do it! Start basic and work your way up! Practice makes Perfect. I try and work on my form every other day!!

That’s not bad! I doubt I could do a single one right now… are you doing any vertical pressing with weights as well?

COMPLETED!!! (but I don’t think these will ever get EASY… I will add them to my workouts daily though, they ARE TOUGH!!!)

Excellent job! The way you are performing the handstand pushups – with your hips all the way to wall – is a huge back opener as well – many kudos and you’ve inspired me 🙂 I like to practice handstand in a doorway at the bottom of our stairs. I put one hand on the bottom stair and one hand on the floor. It helps me build shoulder strength independently in each arm. Keep up the great work!
