Water in the morning

Drink 16 ounces of cold water as soon as you wake up in the morning. By doing this you get your metabolism rate up instantly. Also be sure to add an additional 8 ounces of water each hour. This will help to keep you hydrated and energized.

    I totally agree with you Jay… not only that, it helps to cleanse the system and awaken it before taking in more complex foods – its the best way to be kind to one’s stomach!
