Do it for yourself!

Why do we do what we do when it comes to fitness? Is it because we want to live a healthier lifestyle, is it because we want to look better and improve our outer appearance, or is it because we want to relive stress and blow off steam? 

We all have a reason on why we do what we do when it comes to fitness, WHATS YOURS? Share with the world

When we do things to improve our looks or physical features for other people we put ourselves through emotional distress because we are so focused on pleasing the other person. If the person you are with cannot deal with the way you look then that is not the person for you. Accept yourself for who you are and be happy. Do everything you can within your power to maintain a healthy lifestyle and be safe and do not beat yourself up over it.
