WATER:::::Are you getting enough??

Scientific studies show that on the average, a person needs eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day. This is equivalent to about 2 quarts. I know we all have heard this before but its true. However, an overweight person will need to consume an extra 8 ounces for every 25 pounds he/she is overweight. One way to find out if you are overweight is through the use of a BMI calculator.
